Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days. Because we ship live products, we may slightly adjust shipping dates to ensure the weather conditions are optimal for the health of your plants.

We offer a 100% growth and flowering guarantee. If a plant fails to grow or bloom as expected within the first growing season, simply contact us for a free replacement or a full refund.

How are live plants packaged for shipping?

Our plants are secured in specially designed, eco-friendly protective packaging that keeps the roots moist and prevents the stems from breaking during transit.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes, you have 14 days to return non-perishable hardware items. However, for live plants, we recommend contacting customer service immediately if there is an issue, as they require specific care to remain viable.
