At Bakker.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Bakker.com account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your account and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number until we confirm your refund has been processed.
